Mobile bar trailer & mobile bartender rental

* Pricing *

  • Mobile Bar Rental Monday-Thursday: $275.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)

  • Mobile Bar Rental Friday-Sunday:  $300.00 per hour (2 hour minimum) - Includes Frozen Margarita Machine at no cost.

*Special Up to 5hrs $1200*

  • 2 TABC Certified Servers: $95 per hr

  • Mileage included up to 80 Miles Roundtrip from Dripping Springs, TX ($1 per mile after 80 miles roundtrip)

  • Alcohol and Supplies are not included in above pricing:

    • By Law we cannot and do not sell alcohol. We help curate the alcohol and cocktails. we send you a Prefilled shopping cart with everything needed for the event which you checkout and pay for directly with the retailer. We then arrange for pickup and DROP-OFF to the Event . Sit back relax, and enjoy while we craft the cocktails.

  • Alcohol Free Events:

    • If you are looking to rent the trailer for a Photo Shoot,  Decor Piece,  Sign-in Booth or other use that doesn’t require beverages or our TABC Certified servers please reach out for pricing. 

  • Trailer Details:

    • Bar Trailer has a 40 Gal Freshwater Tank, a 60 Gal Graywater Tank, Updated Electrical panel with house power or RV Hookup, and Dimmable Led Lights
