They have an amazing cocktail program, run by Master Mixologist Paul Jones @oldfashionvillain I was excited to bring him in a bottle of @waterloogintx Antique Gin by @treatyoak It is one of my absolute favorite Gins! It’s a barrel rested beauty packed full of flavor. I usually drink it neat, it literally drinks like a whiskey which still blows my mind every time I try it. I was stoked that Paul was a fan too, and I’m sure the bar will be stocked with this one soon. Paul made an epic Smoked Negroni with it! This cocktail was among the best I have ever had! Paul is an awesome dude, he is so knowledgeable and always happy to share his knowledge of Cocktails and Spirits. I always enjoy talking with him and hearing about the new ingredients and spirits he is experimenting with. He makes literally all the mixers and ingredients used in the cocktails from scratch!
